A Fair Salary and Fair Prices
If there are no people, there is no MONEY
A standard salary for all Americans would be to pay them for the amount of effort and time they put in to be able to earn that salary. An example would be a doctor who runs his own office has to pay for his education, and his expenses for doing business, and his time spent doing the business. So his salary may be a little more than a garbage man. So a fair salary would be to pay everyone a ratio of what it costs them annuitized to provide that service over their cost of doing business. Why should one doctor who put the same amount of time or investment be higher than another doctor with the same investment. Why should one garbage man make more per hour for his time than another garbage man or doctor. Everyone invests in their career so everyone should be paid for how much they invested to be able to do that career. As we do something for a while we get better at it so we would also be able to pay a premium for experience, but we should all make the same amount as a ratio of costs of providing our service over earnings for the service we provide. That would include the costs of living based on geography and all the costs of providing the service. We would all make the same percentage for any service. Prices should also be calculated in a similar way, if it costs you more to provide a good or service you won't be successful. We all spend only a certain amount of time on Earth, our time and the value of our time spent working should be the same. Services are becoming easier and easier to provide. To do this Americas valuation of the dollar should make each dollar worth more in America than abroad. This should help eliminate the duplication of services for a given area. All this would be better managed for a specific locale. This would be a temporary solution and we would return to a lassiez fare approach. Currently the "real" work we need to do to support the population is less than the current numer of jobs we need to support us individually and this would be a solution. With the National Debt, does China owe us anything or do they borrow from Russia, and who is Russsia borrowing from. Put people's needs first, the economy dictates if we borrow or loan, not government's conservative or liberal ideology. In America we have a higher standard of living than many country's in the World,we need to bring those country's up with a Managed Capitalistic approach using equity financing rather than taxation because money is inefficient right now as a tool to manage resources.
